Surrender Your Dog

Please complete the Owner Surrender Request for Intake Form below. Completion of this form in no way obligates the acceptance of the pet into the rescue. Only suitable candidates for our Owner Surrender Intake Program will be contacted.

After completing the Owner Surrender Request for Intake Form, please email at least one current picture of the dog to admin@rebeldogrescue.com.

There is a surrender fee associated with surrendering your dog to our organization. The fee is based on the level of care, medical attention required as well as the behavioural needs of the animal. Most organizations, including Municipal Shelters and the SPCA charge a surrender fee to help with expenses associated with intaking and caring for the animal.
